Electro Painting & Refurbishing, Inc is the nation’s largest electrostatic painting company. We have multiple locations across the country, keeping us poised to provide service anywhere in the nation. We've been so successful because we're committed to a process that works and technology that keeps us on the cutting-edge. After a review of your project, which may include a site visit, our team will determine a surface preparation procedure and high-performance coating system to achieve the highest quality and on-time completion of your project.
Our in-house trained crews will perform the preparation process and electrostatic painting services at your location in the least disruptive way possible. EPR uses the Ransburg No. 2 Process gun for a majority of our applications. The No. 2 Process gun ensures a near factory equivalent finish without creating an overspray fog. Due to the 95% transfer efficiency of the No. 2 Process gun, EPR can save our customers nearly 50% of the paint costs compared to conventional spray equipment. The high-performance coatings now come at a price of $100 to $500 per gallon, so the savings can be significant.
EPR performs these services around your schedule and with minimal disruption to your business. We also pride ourselves on being on time and finishing on schedule consistently. Extended warranties are also available.

Kansas City, MO Branch
Our Kansas City, MO branch, like all EPR branch offices, services a large territory. Cal O’Brien is the Regional Manager servicing the states shown below. His crews travel out of St. Louis and Kansas City, MO with a service area of:
